  • 3 Cups of Segura Viudas Brut Cava
  • ¾ Cup of Sugar
  • ¾ Cup of Water
  • 1 ½ Cups of Packed Mint Leaves
  • 6 Limes, Cut into Wedges
  • 2 Cups of Light Rum
  • Garnish: 12 Mint Sprigs


Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves.

In a large pitcher, combine the sugar syrup, the mint leaves, and lime wedges and stir well with a spoon. Add the rum and stir again. Pour into flutes, top with Segura Viudas Brut Cava, and garnish with the mint sprigs.
