All Up In Your Grill, Grilled Salmon

  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup of soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup of brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup of warm water
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 1 ½ lbs of salmon fillets (skin on)
  • 1 tsp of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes

In a small bowl, stir together lemon juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, water, and olive oil until the sugar dissolves.

Season fillets with crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Combine the lemon juice mixture and fillets in a ziplock bag, and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.

Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly oil grill grate.

Place salmon fillets on the grill and cook 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
