Segura Viudas ARIA Estate Brut

ARIA is a méthode champenoise sparkling wine from the Segura Viudas Estate in Torrelavit, in Spain's Alt Penedès region, and is styled after Segura Viudas' top-of-the-line cava, Reserva Heredad. ARIA is a blend of only the first gentle pressings of the Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo grapes. Macabeo provides a fine, honeyed aroma; Parellada lends subtle elegance; and the Xarel-lo provides the backbone of the cava and gives both body and good acidity.

ARIA Estate Brut is a dry, lively refreshment appropriate for any occasion. Its flavor is dominated by fresh pineapple, almonds, honey and straw, with hints of pears and fresh bread.
